MunichAt the latest when the hot season arrives and you feel like eating light meals, the question arises again: Which fruits and vegetables are actually the healthiest? This is exactly what a US scientist from William Paterson University researched and put together a list that should make it easier for us to eat healthily.

Dr. Jennifer Di Noia studied the density of 17 healthy ingredients in 47 different fruits and vegetables. No fruit made it into the "Top Ten", but interesting vegetables - from the unknown cabbage to the unexpected winner of the healthy vegetables. Vegetables that keep you healthy: The top 10. (vv)
