Symbioflor can relieve respiratory and gastrointestinal complaints. In addition, the drug contains bacteria that occur naturally in our intestines. They activate the patient's immune system and promote self-healing. Here you can find out everything you need to know about the effect, dosage and use of the drug.

This active ingredient is in Symbioflor

The active ingredients contained in the drug are the body's own bacteria, which are also found in the intestines. Depending on the product, it is Enterococcus faecalis (Symbioflor 1) or Escherichia Coli (Symbioflor 2). The administration of dead or living bacteria serves to stimulate the immune system and is intended to stimulate the various immune reactions in the body.

The immune cells are located, among other things, on the intestinal wall. There they come into contact with the intestinal bacteria and can be activated. If foreign bodies and pathogens enter the body, the immune system can react and fight them more quickly.

Symbioflor: intestinal rehabilitation

In addition to the positive effect on the immune system, the drug is also suitable for intestinal cleansing. Symbioflor active ingredients can restore the intestinal flora, for example in the case of Escherichia Coli deficiency, and thus help with gastrointestinal complaints.

When is Symbioflor used?

A Symbioflor cure is suitable for regulating the immune system as well as for intestinal rehabilitation.

The drug is also used for:

  • Gastrointestinal disorders
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • recurring sinus infections
  • bronchitis
  • Inflammation in the throat

In addition, the Symbioflor therapy is intended to train the immune system so that it can react more quickly to foreign bodies and pathogens and allergies occur less frequently.

What are the side effects of Symbioflor?

The drug is well tolerated. However, if skin reactions occur in the form of redness, swelling, itching or shortness of breath, this is a sign of an allergic reaction to the ingredients. In this case, you should immediately consult a doctor.

Rare side effects include gas, dry mouth, diarrhea, headache, stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting. However, if these symptoms occur, the drug can be safely discontinued and the symptoms will disappear after a short time.

You should keep this in mind when using Symbioflor

Allergic reactions can sometimes be dangerous or even fatal, so the drug must not be taken if you have known allergies to active ingredients or ingredients.

Interactions only occur when certain antibiotics are taken at the same time. You can reduce the effectiveness of the immune-boosting agent, as antibiotics can kill bacteria.

Symbioflor: children, pregnancy and breastfeeding

A Symbioflor cure is also suitable for use on children. For this purpose, a Symbioflor intake plan should be drawn up that adjusts the dosage of the drug to the age and weight of the child.

To protect the unborn child, the drug should only be used after a careful risk-benefit assessment by a doctor.

The safety of the drug has not been adequately tested for breastfeeding either, so that it should not be taken in this case either.

Ingestion schedule

The dosage is different for the different drugs.

The dosage for Symbioflor 1 for the treatment of respiratory infections is 30 drops three times a day for adults and 20 or ten drops three times a day for children and infants.

Product number two is particularly suitable for Symbioflor intestinal rehabilitation. A starting dose of ten drops three times a day is recommended for adults, which can be increased to 20 drops a day after two weeks. Infants and children are given five and ten drops, respectively, once a day.

To regulate the immune system, adults take five to 20 drops three times a day and children five to ten drops three times a day.

How to get Symbioflor
