This active ingredient is in Vitasprint

The effect of Vitasprint B12 is based on three ingredients: DL-phosphonoserine, glutamine and vitamin B12. These three components are medically effectively coordinated in terms of their dosage. Other Vitasprint ingredients are sorbitol solution, sodium methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, D-mannitol, sodium hydroxide and purified water.

When is Vitasprint used?

In healthy people, a balanced diet completely covers the need for vitamins. Vitamin B12 is contained in meat and sausage products as well as in dairy products and eggs, the body's own stores for it are in the liver. From there it can still be made available in sufficient quantities for a longer period of time if the food supply is temporarily insufficient.

However, there are some factors that affect the intake of B12 or cause a higher need for the vitamin. Vitasprint can compensate for such deficits. It is used in a wide variety of areas, for example with intensely training athletes, to support learning performance in schoolchildren, general performance improvement in older people, at work and as a complementary therapy for certain brain disorders. Other possible areas of application are stress and overload as an alternative to conventional calming or concentration-promoting preparations.

It is also used to support recovery processes. During or after the flu, it can provide additional energy and motivation through its performance-enhancing effect. And compensate for a possible vitamin deficit.

In the case of serious vitamin B12 deficiency diseases such as pernicious anemia or macrocytic anemia, however, Vitasprint is not a suitable drug. A medical examination and treatment is essential for such diseases.

What side effects does Vitasprint have?

There are no known specific and common Vitasprint side effects. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions to individual components may occur after taking Vitasprint. In the case of sodium 4-hydroxybenzoate, for example, these can occur with a time lag. In the event of allergic reactions, consult a doctor and stop taking Vitasprint B12 for the time being.

You should bear this in mind when taking Vitasprint

We do not recommend taking Vitasprint if you have allergies to individual components. As long as the recommended dosage is adhered to, no negative side effects are to be expected. If signs of illness occur, a doctor must be consulted immediately in order to initiate medical treatment if necessary. If a vitamin deficiency is suspected in children under the age of twelve, it is generally advisable to have a medical examination to clarify the causes.

Vitasprint should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there are no studies available to determine whether it is harmless. In the case of fructose intolerance, it is not advisable to take it, as the preparation contains the sugar substitutes sorbitol and mannitol, to which there is also an intolerance. Diabetics, on the other hand, can take Vitasprint B12 in both typical dosage forms. The content of one bottle of the drinking solution corresponds to approx. 0.1 BE.

The usual Vitasprint dosage consists of a drinking ampoule or three Vitasprint capsules daily for a period of four to six weeks. Taking it on an empty stomach accelerates the absorption of the vitamin. If the recommended dose is exceeded in the short term, no symptoms of overdose or intoxication are to be expected, as excess vitamin B12 is excreted in the urine.

For vegetarians or vegans, the preparation can represent an alternative source of vitamin B12, because by avoiding any meat products, the main source of supply is eliminated. Vitasprint B12 does not contain any animal ingredients, all ingredients are produced synthetically or using microorganisms. The capsules are also gelatin-free.
