The Federal Employment Agency pays short-time work benefits for employees whose companies are affected by the coronavirus.

(LV / dpa) "The entitlement to short-time work benefits must be based on an inevitable event or economic reasons. This applies, for example, if deliveries are missing and production has to be restricted," said the Federal Agency on Friday in Nuremberg.

The Federal Agency announced that the first inquiries have already been received.
