Thinking along with the implementation
Apart from what is allowed and what is not, it is important to use common sense. Of course, it makes a considerable difference whether I keep meeting the same people outside the household within the permitted framework or with many different people - even if only one person is permitted at a time and therefore.
In general, experts assume that the virus is much less likely to be transmitted outdoors than indoors. That is why it makes sense that you are still not allowed to receive guests at home. And that is why the wearing of masks is urgently recommended in supermarkets and in local public transport, sometimes even mandatory.
In addition, the distance rules also apply to contacts outdoors. Since small children cannot adhere to these guidelines, you or your children are still not allowed to play with children outside the household.
