Online survey on cancer screening: participants wanted!

All content is checked by medical journalists.

The thought of cancer is scary. Cancer arouses strong emotions - even if it's just about prevention. How people get information is decisive for a person's attitude to this topic. In addition to the doctor, the Internet now also plays a central role.

In an online survey, scientists from the University of Tübingen want to find out what patients expect from their doctor, how they use the Internet and how searching for information on the Internet influences their attitudes towards cancer prevention.

Participants wanted

We are looking for participants between the ages of 45 and 55 who do not suffer from a chronic disease. If you are interested in supporting research, you can take part in the online consultation at http://www.iwm-tuebingen.de/vorsorge-studie. You will then be interviewed again in a second round six months later. As a thank you, after completing the second questionnaire, you will receive an Amazon voucher worth EUR 10. (cf)
